| The Creative Factory, founded in October 1998, is owned by Ann Cason. Ann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Ohio State University with more than 20 years of design and marketing experience. She is also an accomplished photographer. Her photography and graphic designs have won numerous awards.
The Creative Factory draws from a stable of talented writers, photographers, videographers, software designers, and works closely with many printers and sign makers to ensure you get the quality you deserve, from concept to finished product, no matter how small or large the job. We pride ourselves on friendly, professional service. We don’t have account managers. We serve our customers personally.
